Kenny Coogan has a master’s degree in Global Sustainability. His professional experience with carnivorous plants started nearly twenty years ago when he cofounded the Western New York Carnivorous Plant club. Since then, he has moved to Florida to teach middle school science and agriculture and now lives in Winston Salem, North Carolina.  Coogan is an active member with the International Carnivorous Plant Society, serving as the Education Director. He currently runs a successful carnivorous plant nursery in the Piedmont Triad area of NC and ships nationwide.

Kenny's newest project "Florida's Flora and Fauna" is set to air the smmer of 2025.
