Shipping & Handling

Orders of $150 or more ship free! $16 flat rate shipping for order under $150.  If you are experiencing temperatures below 55°F at the time of delivery, please add a heat pack to your order to ensure your plants arrive healthy.  For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions and Acclimation Tips.

ALL items in our store currently are part of our Borneo Exotics pre-order! All plants will ship from us to you around July 29th! You will receive an "order completed" email from us a few days before we ship. At the same time, you will receive an email from PirateShip with tracking information. As you wait, please review our Acclimation Tips. 

If you have placed multiple orders, please contact us and let us know, so we can ship them all in one package. We refund extra shipping charges, but we need to be notified as our system does not automatically recognize multiple orders, from the same person.
