Gaurantee & Plant Return Policy
Critter Companions by Kenny Coogan guarantees the live and healthy arrival of our plants. Issues with your order must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your plants. Shall something arrive in less than ideal condition, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. Due to a variety of growing conditions, after the plants have left our facility , we do not offer returns or exchanges on plants or any live goods after 24 hours of receiving them. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping services including; stolen packages or packages unclaimed in a timely manner. No cash returns will be issued. Critter Companions by Kenny Coogan requires that you send photos of the plant and package along with an explanation via email to kenny@kennycoogan.com in order to begin the return process. We will refund you or offer you store credit if the plant arrives dead.
