This cultivar is a carefully selected clone of N. ampullaria x (spectabilis x talangensis) and is already a proven winner with many thousands sold in Europe prior to its launch to the hobbyist market in Jan 2017. It’s attractive, easy to grow, temperature tolerant and a prolific producer of pitchers.
Origin: Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics. The female parent is the selected clone of N. spathulata sold under BE-3174 and with our Collection ID# 0440. The male parent is a ‘Harlequin’ form of the Brunei N. ampullaria, formerly sold as CR-33. Source: From a single carefully selected clone.
