One (1) N. maxima ‘Sulawesi wavy leaf’- clone # 9: BE-3786 LARGE

This carefully selected clone of the superbly distinctive and extreme wavy-leaf form was chosen from the assorted clones formerly sold under BE-3543 for its mostly red peristome and heavily red-striped pitchers. This is a hugely eye-catching plant, and the wonderful foliage makes these wavy-leaf clones superior to nearly every other form of the species.

This item is from the same grex of seed as the other selected clone we sell under BE-3907. The difference is that BE-3907 is clone #1, selected for its lime-green peristome and lightly red-striped pitchers. The pitcher shape also varies between the two items, with this item having more elongated pitchers.

Origin: Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics.

Ships bareroot. You will need to provide your own pot and more potting substrate when the plant arrives. Extra care will be needed as the pre-order plants will need to be acclimated slowly to your conditions. This means low light and high humidity. Borneo Exotic Size

Small (S) – Nursery grown plants with a minimum leaf span of 5 cm (2.5″) up to about 9 cm (3.5”).
Medium (M) – Nursery grown plants with a minimum leaf span of 10 cm (4″) up to about 15 cm (6”).
Large (L) – Nursery grown plants with a minimum leaf-span of 17 cm (7″) up to about 30 cm (12”).
