One (1) N. sumatrana – assorted clones BE-4540 LARGE

BE NOTES: “This spectacular species is endemic to parts of North and West Sumatra and is unfortunately critically endangered in its natural habitat. We’re delighted therefore to finally be able to offer it from a sustainable source and in significant numbers.

It’s been recorded from habitat from altitudes from sea level up to about 800m. Although technically a lowland species, we grow it successfully also as an intermediate highland species.

As this is a lowland variety, it’s a warm grower. We keep it between about 32 deg. C (90 deg. F) in the daytime, down to 24 deg. C (75 deg. F) at night, although it will certainly tolerate temperatures well outside this range.

Ships bareroot. You will need to provide your own pot and more potting substrate when the plant arrives.  This means low light and high humidity. Check out this video that I helped write for the ICPS on “How to acclimate your carnivorous plants.”
These plants were imported March 2023.
