First photo is provided by Borneo Exotics. Plants may or may not currently have pitchers.
BE notes:History: First introduced on our old PDF price list in Feb 2016 and added to the shop in March 2019. It last went out of stock in July 2020 and returned for Jan 2022.
Description: The female parent is the Gng. Sakumpang form of N. boschiana from amongst those sold under BE-3040 and the male parent is a selected clone of Nepenthes mira from Cleopatra’s Needle, sold under BE-3123. This variety was formerly available for a short time in June 2011 as all individuals from seed under BE-3389.
Photo notes: Photos are of representative clones and may not be identical to plants shipped. The first photo is of mature pitchers of one of the clones and the second two photos shows a young pitcher.
Ships bareroot. Roots will be wrapped in sphagnum moss, but you will need to provide your own pot and more potting substrate when the plant arrives. Extra care will be needed as the pre-order plants will need to be acclimated slowly to your conditions. This means low light and high humidity. Check out this video that I helped write for the ICPS on “How to acclimate your carnivorous plants.”
